My name is Captain H. Azem, better known as Captain Lightning! I've been an avid boater, fisherman and water sport enthusiast for most of my life. 

Although I come from a telecommunications and logistics background about 10 years ago i turned my hobbies into a thriving business. 

I've been asked by many people what are the secrets to taking assets that start off as personal toys and turn them into a money making business allowing you to do what you enjoy, and eventually subsidises your very own hobbies.
